Pumping system for sludge dewatering in the Yukon

For a mining project in the Yukon, we designed robust pumping systems capable of handling liquid slurries containing up to 10% solids. With a capacity of 110 m³/h and a pressure of 400 psi, these pumps guarantee fast, efficient pumping, even in the event of sudden water infiltration.

Thanks to an automatic detection system, our pumps activate immediately in the event of an emergency, ensuring optimum water management and a safe working environment.

Franklin pumps for powering concentrators

As part of a project for an industrial concentrator, we supplied Franklin pumps with a capacity of 100 m³/h and a pressure of 140 psi. Installed in HDPE housings, these pumps ensure a continuous water supply for mining concentrators.

Their robust, reliable design ensures optimum performance, even in the most demanding mining environments.

Heavy-duty sludge pumps

For the treatment of sludge water with a high concentration of solid particles, we supplied heavy-duty pumps with a capacity of 80 m³/h and a pressure of 400 psi. Designed to last under extreme conditions, these pumps require minimal maintenance, with an average service interval of one year.

This system provides a reliable, low-maintenance solution for demanding mining sites.

Customized modular dewatering system

We have developed a modular dewatering system with a capacity of 100 m³/h and a pressure of 800 psi, capable of handling sludge water with a solids concentration of 10%. This system, which replaces multistage pumps, is easier to maintain and less costly.

In the event of failure, a pump can be removed and replaced in less than two hours, guaranteeing continuity of operation. An additional pump-motor unit is recommended for rapid intervention.

Self-contained pumping systems with diesel generator

For mining applications in remote locations, HydroTech has supplied stand-alone pumping installations combined with diesel generators. With a capacity of 400 m³/h and a pressure of 70 psi, these installations meet pumping needs in environments requiring complete autonomy, while ensuring safe heating, lighting and pumping systems.

High-head pumps for mine dewatering

We’ve designed high-head pumps specifically for rapid dewatering applications in underground and open-cast mines. Powered by diesel or electric motors, these pumps deliver exceptional performance to keep sites dry, even under difficult working conditions and over long periods.

Pressure-boosting station for showers and faucets

For a customer requiring a water supply system capable of handling pressure peaks in showers and taps, we designed a booster station integrated into a refitted and heated shipping container.

This system perfectly meets the criteria of cost, performance and speed, ensuring efficient water management in mining facilities.
